All the excitement of January has got me thinking about everything we did this past year, and all we’re set up to do in 2026. A lot of which we’ve already accomplished in just a few short weeks, as you saw!

Riggs really flatters me! But it’s been an honor serving the team as CEO.
Then, we announced our plan to focus entirely on developing and providing financing services for water equipment companies, instead of competing with them.
$200M OZ Fund Listed
Water On Demand: First-Ever Opportunity Zone Fund For Water
Official listing of the first-ever Opportunity Zone Fund focused on water projects took place in 2025! This was truly groundbreaking. The $200 Million Water On Demand Infrastructure Fund #1 is now live on OZXchange.com.

And meanwhile, Water On Demand’s operating units were doing incredibly, with an estimated increase of over 60% over the same period in 2024 for its 3rd Quarter, Year To Date Revenues. Progressive Water Treatment really outdid itself! And then…
New Texas-Based Joint Venture
We closed out the year with a big announcement: Water On Demand announced the signing of a Definitive Agreement to form a new Texas-based joint venture with Zigco. The venture is intended to finance, deploy, and operate a fleet of advanced mobile water treatment systems in partnership with a recognized leader in the septic tank, grease trap, and sewer services sector.
The agreement establishes a scalable platform to fund, build, and operate up to 60 advanced mobile wastewater treatment units.
And now we’ve officially announced the formation of GridWater, Inc. just a few weeks ago! It’s already been selected by Eazy OZ to host an exclusive, single-issuer investor pitch event on February 5th, 2026.
Now we’re heading to Quebec to meet with a key partner. This is very very exciting. More soon…
