Stephen Hall

Stephen Hall has worked for over 30 years at Robert Hall & Associates, a second-generation owned tax accounting firm based in California. As both the CEO and a Board Member, he has helped lead a team that has serviced over 2,500 companies and 7,500 families. He also operates as a Tax Advisor and Coach to aspiring fund managers for Fund Launch Partners’ comprehensive Black Card Program, which prepares aspiring fund managers to build, launch, and scale successful investment funds in asset classes including VC, PE, real estate, and hedge funds. Additionally, for the past 11 years he has been a Strategic Advisor and Co-Founder of ORock Technologies where he has helped the company successfully become an established player in the government cloud services market space. ORock Technologies is a provider of IT infrastructure and cloud services built for secure data operations in government and highly regulated industries. Stephen has advised technology startups, real estate industry, and food tech companies as well as managed deal leads for early-stage angel investments with the Pasadena Angels. His extensive industry knowledge, skillset and experience extend beyond Corporate and Small Business Tax to a wide variety of fields including Risk Management, Financial Analysis and Modeling, Real Estate Economics and Development, Strategic Financial Planning, Management Consulting, Business Strategy and Planning, as well as Portfolio Management, Investment Properties and Asset Protection. Stephen has a BS in Marketing and Management Consulting from the University of Southern California, is a Fellow in the National Enrolled Agents Society since 2003 and has been an Enrolled Agent with the IRS since 2001.
